Smoked Cheez-Its | Party Snack

Ingredients:

  • One (1) 12oz box of Cheez-It baked snack crackers
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • ¼ cup of Dottie Kickin’ Cajun Seasoning, Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub OR Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb

Directions:

  • Heat smoker to 200 degrees.
  • Place one box of Cheez-Its into a medium size tin pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil on Cheez-Its and stir well.
  • Add seasoning and stir well.
  • Place tin in smoker and close lid.
  • Smoke for 2 hours (stirring every 30 minutes).
  • Enjoy!
