Serves approx. four (4) ppl.

  •  Forty (40) chicken wings
  • Avacado oil
  •  Dottie Smoky Kickin’ Cajun Seasoning, to taste
  •  Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb Seasoning, to taste
  •  Frank All-Pursose BBQ Rub, to taste

  • Prep grill by placing coals in the center, leaving about a 3–4-inch coal free zone around the perimeter.  Light and put grates on top.
  • Place chicken wings on a lined baking sheet.
  • Blot both sides with a paper towel and drizzle oil on both sides.
  • Season generously with your favorite seasoning and aside.  We used our Dottie Smoky Kickin' Cajun, Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb and Frank All-Purpsoe BBQ Rub.  (Click here to purchase yours.)
  • Once coals are white, place chicken wings along the perimeter of the grill, over indirect heat.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on one side.  Flip and cook another 10 minutes.
  • Pull the wings that are crispy.  Place those that are not crispy over the direct heat for about 15-30 seconds or until you reach your desired crispness.
  • Serve with celery, carrots, and ranch dressing.
