- Seeds from one (1) large pumpkin
- One (1) tbsp olive oil
- Two (2) tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- One (1) tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- Preheat over at 400 degrees
- Cut pumpkin and pull seeds
- Put pulled seeds in boiling water for 10 min.
- Place seeds on paper towels and pat dry
- Once dry, stir seeds in with rosemary, sugar, salt and olive oil
- Place on lined baking sheet
- Cook for 15 – 20 min, flip after 8 min.
- Taste and add another dash of seasoning, to preference
