High Protein Blueberry Ice Cream | Cottage Cheese

Serves (3-4) ppl.


  • One (1) 24oz carton of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • One (1) tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup blueberries (total)


  • Blend cottage cheese in a food processor, until lumps are gone and mixture is creamy
  • Add syrup, vanilla and 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Pulse food processor until blended
  • Fold in  the remaining 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • Place in freezer safe dish
  • Keep in freezer for approximately 4 hours
  • Enjoy!
