- Four (4) ripe avocados

- Juice of one (1) lime

- Garlic salt, to taste

- 1/2 cup pico de gallo (see recipe in blog) or (1/4 cup of diced Roma tomatoes, 1/4 cup of diced red onions and 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro)



- Remove seeds from avocados and spoon flesh into a bowl

- Squeeze the juice of one lime over avocados

- Add garlic salt, to taste

- Using a fork, gently smash avocado until desired consistency is reached.  (we like ours thick with some chunks)

- Fold in Pico de gallo

- Seal and place in refrigerator until time to serve
