Cinnamon Rolls | Powdered Sugar Glaze

Dough:  

- 1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast

- 3/4 cups warm water

- 6 3/4 cups of enrighed all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cups and 2 tsp of instant nonfat dry milk

- Seven (7) tbsp sugar

- One (1) tbsp salt

- Seven (7) tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 1/4 cups water

- Activated Yeast

     ~ 1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast

     ~ 3/4 cups warm water

 

Cinnamon Mix:

- 1/8 cups ground cinnamon

- 1/2 cup sugar

- One (1) stick melted butter

- One (1) cup raisins (optional)

- One (1) cup pecans (optional)

 

Icing:

- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 5 - 8 tbsp whole milk (to thickness preference)
