Smoked Pizza | Sausage, Red Onions and Jalapenos

  • Corn meal
  • One (1) pre-made pizza dough
  • One (1) tbsp. olive oil
  • Coy Zesty Garlic and Herb (or your favorite), to taste
  • Two (2) tbsp. Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce (or your favorite)
  • One (1) cup of Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • Beef Polska kielbasa, thinly sliced
  • Sliced jalapenos, to taste
  • Red onion, thinly sliced to taste
  • Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub (or your favorite), to taste
  • Whataburger Spicy Jalapeno Ranch, to taste


  • Turn smoker on to 400 degrees.
  • Sprinkle corn meal on your pizza peel and lay out pre-made pizza dough.
  • Brush olive oil around the edges (1 to ½ inch) and sprinkle Coy Zesty Garlin and Herb seasoning on top. This makes a fantastic garlic crust!
  • Spread Mildly Wild BBQ Sauce on pizza dough and spread out (until you reach your seasoned boarder) with a spoon.
  • Top bbq sauce with shredded cheese, beef Polska kielbasa, jalapenos and red onions.
  • Season with Frank All-Purpose BBQ Rub and drizzle Whataburger Spicy Jalapeno Ranch on top.
  • Place pizza stone in smoker approximately 10 minutes, prior to cooking pizza.
  • Slide pizza onto your preheated pizza stone and close lid.
  • Cook for 14-18 minutes or until cheese is melted and the crust turns golden brown.
