Dottie Madden (aka: Dorothy, Mama, Aunt Dot, Big Grandma, GG) was a spitfire! A native Texan and World War II widow that was known to ring chickens’ necks, kill 6-foot rattle snakes and someone you never wanted to cross, especially when playing ponytail canasta. Many childhood memories were made on her ranch and although tough, she loved deeply and was a woman of faith. Grandma was the perfect spice of life that kept our family together and those who knew her are better for it.

The Dottie is my ultimate favorite of all the seasonings! It adds a "kick" to your dish that you will not forget! We live close to the Gulf of Mexico so eating fresh shrimp, fish, and oysters is nothing new to us. The Dottie added an extra kick to the fresh seafood that kept us coming back for more! It knocked it "out of the park," and caused the other brand to "sit the bench." =)
